Is it Friday yet??

YES! Is Finally the answer! This has felt like an  INCREDIBLY looooonnng week. Anyone else???

I am going to start by sharing a frugal, easy pasta meal with you. This was dinner tonight.

I just have to share with you how pasta makes me so happy. It is like the perfect food. You can add anything to it! Never boring. Here is what is in this dish.
*1 yellow Pepper
*two handfuls sliced mushrooms
*Two links chicken garlic sausage
*1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
* 1 Tbsp. Butter

*Fresh ground Salt and Pepper

Brown Sausage with Olive Oil, add peppers and mushrooms, then butter. Put on low heat and cover it up. Let it cook together until peppers are tender. Toss with Pasta. I used half a box of Whole Wheat Spaghetti. If you serve this with some Italian bread and a Salad it will serve 4, No problem.
Since we are talking about food…I just have to share the commercial that makes me laugh the most. I don’t know why I think it is so funny, but as soon as it comes on I just giggle. I think posting it is a good start to the weekend.
